Hmmm, that's too bad. But actually, it's difficult to find clean Contemporary Romances even for the more mature age groups, I had to put in a lot of research to discover such books!

You can add a book of your choice for now but not 40 rules as its been already read once as BOTM! :)

P.s Everyone... try to vote for a book that has been voted by earlier members in this way the probability of your choice gets double... ;)

Night on the Galactic Railroad
by Kenji Miyazawa

A cartoon based on the book is one of the best cartoons ever. Here's one of the best 'chapters' of the book/movie

message 148: by [deleted user] (new)

If you guys want to read a good fantasy series asides from mainstream classics like LOTR, try out the Amber series by Roger Zelazny. It's a magical series. Personally, I like it a lot more than LOTR (which I've read twice). I've read this series 3 times over the past decade. I think a fourth reading is due....

It's 10 books, divided into 2 sub parts, 5 books each.

Well, @Asad LOTR is seriously good and calling it Mainstream is just not right, like comeon if you didn't liked it more, it doesn't means its not upto the hype. I yet have to read a fantasy series which can seriously be compared to LOTR! Though this Amber Series really sounds intriguing, i'll one day give it a chance, thanks for introducing it !! *Peace out*

message 150: by [deleted user] (new)

Poppy, I wasn't saying LOTR isn't good. It's great. The Amber series is also great. It's totally different from LOTR in the kind of fantasy world it presents.

If you want to try out the Amber series...
