Written for Christians in every walk of life and for every age, St. Francis De Sales' classic work transcends secular lines and provides a unique handbook of spiritual reflection for people in every avenue of life.

Although only 200-some pages, this strikes me as a book best read slowly, reflectively, so I am going to be taking my time. I will start with a couple generic questions, and will add other questions as they come to me.

This is one of my very favorite books and authors.
I have never read the complete work, so am excited
to see it for October !

And I agree that it is for slow digestion, little bits at a time !
