I setup a contest to start on October 5. The contest announcement indicates: Opens for entries on October 05, 2016

However, the confirmation email indicates: You can start scheduling promotions for your giveaway using the giveaway widget, but note that the giveaway will only be open for entries starting midnight on Wednesday, October 5

Midnight on Oct 5 suggests it won't start until October 6.

Any guidance on this?
