Clarification of publisher name

I know the correct publisher for self-published Kindle editions is "Amazon Digital Services LLC," and we change Smashwords Edition to "Smashwords."

I'm confused about CreateSpace, though. I've been entering it as "CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform," per the Amazon listing, but I have noticed some librarian edits changing the name to just "CreateSpace."

Which name should we be using?
