Page count is incorrect, says 432, should be 416.

One other note: noticed one author is missing: Joseph Staten. (authors also listed at link in first post)

Authors aren't listed alphabetically either, if that's important.

I've fixed the page count for that edition and added the missing author.

Really, it doesn't matter too much what order the authors are in so long as the main author comes first (for combining purposes).
