Maggie suppresses evidence (the salvia and Johnny's cell phone) from State Trooper Donny Fergusson and Sheriff Skylar. She even forgets she has the cell phone. Your thoughts about these circumstances?

Robin (robinmy) | 1214 comments I just about threw the book across the room when she did this. It was bad enough when Lucy removed drugs from the scene and gave them to Maggie. She should have brought them to the Sheriff's attention. But when she pocketed Johnny's cell phone and "forgot" to put it in evidence, I was livid. This is as bad as when she stuck evidence under her clothes before going into quarantine a couple of books ago. She should have been fired.

Robin, I wanted to just quit reading the story at this point. It was completely far fetched to be believe a seasoned agent would behave so irresponsibly. I agree, in real life she'd be fired.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1392 comments I was undecided about the salvia, since something about the sheriff gave me the creeps early on, but I honestly thought things were happening so fast that she might have truly forgotten about the phone.
