Eldon Farrell | 704 comments Has anyone else seen the headlines today on this? 500 million users' information was stolen from Yahoo in late 2014 and they're just now getting around to sending out notices to the afflicted and telling them to change their passwords!?

I mean what's the point now?? Hey Yahoo the horse has left the yard you better close the gate now...

Seeing it happening all the time, I guess one can simply assume that whatever info s/he puts on any site, it definitely can be and likely to be hacked -:(

Yes, that just shows the level of concern from Yahoo for its users! (Lovely to see the variant across the Pond of one of our old sayings -shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted.)

Eldon Farrell | 704 comments I understand that data breaches happen in this day and age but honestly...it's the two year gap before telling anyone that boggles my mind!
