Help me I'm trying to find a book about a guy who was dying slowly because he needed a new heart and met a girl in a band who was really wild. She decided to leave band and stay with him. He was an artist that made glass figures. It started with him being a limo driver for the girl band was told to drive her home but she passed out so he took her to his place. They both gave eachother a new way of looking at life. He dies at the end. The cover was of a glass heart.
