ABANDONED. Mother/ daughter dual pov told in flashbacks

Please help! Book is probably from the 2000s. The book is told in dual pov. One point of view is a young girl (teen) who is living in a rundown house or trailer on a farm where her dad works. She hates her life so she decides to runaway. Somewhere along the way she finds out that she was adopted. She ends up working for her biological grandmother at a hotel she owns in the mountains.
The second pov is told in flashbacks. It is a bout a young wealthy girl that is on summer vacation with her family. She works at a seafood restaurant where she meets a boy and they fall in love/lust. She ends up pregnant, has a baby and is forced to put it up for adoption by her parents.
PLEASE PLEASE help me remember the title if this book it is driving me crazy!!!

Set in the US. Thinking the flashback scenes may have taken place in Georgia or one of the Carolinas. The main time period I think is present day (this part is sketchy). The other starts 18-19 years before and works its way forward through time.
Do not remember if it was YA, NA, or adult sorry.
