Worldcat says 374 for this ISBN. What is on the last 3 pages?

The existing page count of 3,774 page definitely looks wrong!
However, WorldCat has an edition (same ISBN) that indicates 374 pages; so can you confirm—assuming you have a copy in hand—whether it is 374, or really 377 pages?
