I reverted the title change now, it does appear to contain 30 stories despite the cover:

Gary H | 56 comments I believe this book initially contained 20 stories (paperback), but that 10 stories were added to the first e-book edition without the publisher bothering to change the cover. I own a pdf edition that says 20 but contains 30. Eventually a new, completely different (all green) cover appeared. Trying to separate the "real 20" editions from the "20/30" and the "real 30" editions are almost impossible. I think Goodreads's best effort is to treat this as one book.
