I think if I become rich, I'd go to the Oriental market and buy one of those $60-70 boxes of tea just to find out if it's worth the money.
A beer or cider for me - I don't like wines and spirits. My choice would be a fantastic beer that I once bought on the Isle of Lewis, I think it was made by the Hebridean Brewing Company, or a Normandy cider. If I could drink either of those in the place they're made, I would be very happy!
Depends on the type of celebration. Friends and family, a couple bottles of never before tasted red wine. I really enjoy trying new reds, and if you get a bad one, you can actually just put the wine in a blender for a few seconds (for maximum aeration) and they usually taste pretty good after that.If the celebration is with the literary circle I hope one day to belong to, Grey Goose martinis with lemon or orange peel. Simple, delicious, and very F. Scott Fitzgerald.

I haven't received any six-five-four or any digit advance on any of the books, yet I still poured a bit of cognac. Wonder though how would you celebrate something meaningful and memorable -:)
A trip to the beach with Champagne at sunset and fresh seafood to follow, accompanied by a nice Pinot Grigio.

Suppose, you've just received a six-digit advance on your book or sold the 100,000-th copy and refused an offer from a publisher to cross over to trad -:), definitely a good reason for celebration, especially when it's Saturday around.
So what will we be drinking - Courvoisier, Dom Pérignon, something non-alcoholic for minors and non-drinking dudes?
