SOLVED. Looking for a book, heroine was left at altar NOT by HERO. [s]

Hi guys, looking for a book and here is what I remember. It s contemporary romance, set in Australia. Heroine was left at altar NOT by HERO, but hero was best friend and best man of groom and persuade groom not to married. Hero didnt know that the heroine was pregnant and that was the reason for wedding. She lost the baby later. All this happened in past, and in presenst the hero returns home, and I m not sure but I think that he want to buy building where heroine works, or something like that. They fall in love..... He is wealthy. I also remember scene, she was running, hurt her ankle and hero help her. Well that is all I remember.
