OUCH!!!

As the author of "The Book: A Novel Calling," I knew on page one that my story would not be for everybody, and in fact would only appeal to people of an intuitive bent, as well as people who have a relationship with their own creative unconscious--what some might call depth psychologists. I mean by that not professionals but those who know that there is much more to the psyche than the surface personality. So, although it hurts to see a 2.5 star rating, I'll suggest that if you are a linear thinker who may be offended by symbolic representations of reality, psychological as well as real, then by all means DON'T read "The Book." It is not for you. And if you know what the word "intuition" means, and you read the book, I'd love to know what you think about your experience. This is a "hero's story" in the Jungian sense.
