@Sumit yeah.. i installed one today.. it shows that i walk around 6-7 kms a day.. gotta walk more..

@Ishita I'm planning how to sneak food into my room. I'd have to cross the living room to come to my room, and all of my family will be in the living room, the'd definitely notice :(

Ini, 7000 today :( Will compensate tomorrow morning.
@Sou - they gave all participants pedometers to measure. Also, one can use phone apps etc. too. The pedometer doesn't record cycling, and I do about 10 km of it daily, so I have to manually track my data.
