Hahahahaha Sou... You can't always use that excuse.. I take IOUs you know :P :PPS - Came back on seeing the Taskmaster here..
*stands in attention for any punishment that is to be doled out*
Sri, I agree with Sou and suggest the 18-55 lens (kit lens) for landscapes etc. (The Chicago shots I took were mostly with that one - it is a very underrated, but very useful lens.)And for Subodh and Shrija, the 50mm lens - it costs about 7K and is worth every single rupee. The portrait shots it can take are phenomenal. And the cheapest Canon lens for low-light photography.
Telephoto - I use a 55-250, which costs about 15K. If you want a cheaper one, you can consider a Tamron 70-300 as well (around 8-9K). This lens is great for macro shots and for bird/wildlife photography. However, its downside is that it doesn't have image stabilization, so you will need steady hands and some practice to get shots that aren't too blurry.
ok. I made a mistake of opening this chat from Goodreads android app. And amusingly, it shows from the very first chat. And expects me to scroll all the way down, and loading each page in the process to read the latest chat. EVERYTIME!!!! I will not be able to see the latest chats. So catch you later friends. Have a great reading day ahead
