I agree with the ulu. I couldn't stop laughing at it the first few hundred times I heard it. Now, as I've grown older, I'd like to say that I've overcome that but no, I still laugh. :| :P

Arey Sri, it's okay. I know many older people who don't really understand where this thing came from. But if someone tells them about it, then they'll probably fight to the death. :P Most cultures have something or the other that seems funny to others because they are ignorant about that particular culture. No offence meant and none taken. :)

You should attend a Bengali wedding. It's ceremony after ceremony. There's this thing called an "ulu" where women make a sound with their tongue(weird I know) that's supposed to be holy. And they keep doing that in every ceremony. I'll probably strangle a few people when it's my turn, if they make that sound. .__.
