Yes of course it is Ishi.. and regular checkups are only important to ensure that she doesn't fall back to the same ailment again :) :)

And she needs her rest now.. but before you know it she will be strong and walking again :) :)

She'll still have to go for check ups (upon hearing this she made a face like a lil kid :D) and is like, too weak to walk without support.. but at least she's at home now :)
