Ishi - the time of day you wake up also a factor...I usually have a headache if I try to sleep till noon...and how many hours of sleep did you get?? Also, dehydration is a possible cause of headache.

Last year in Jan, just say too much stuff was going on. And that 1 month I had a continuous headache, my forehead be burning, and it wasn't even a fever :|:|
I think kinda the same thing is happening..

Ishi - Yaaa, stress is definitely detrimental to sleeping pattern. And I'm dangerously close to my doctor mode, do you have any anti-anxiety meds? Not telling you to take regularly, just enough to set your biological clock to a rhythm...Sleeping from 3 am to 11 am, right :P:P

ROFL Fong.. thanks for the update.. :P :PAnd Harry is wrong.. Was up since 6 this morning but was out with my last born since morning for her classes.. Just came home..

Nah Fong - these were her therapy sessions. She goes once a week for occupational therapy as well as behavioural therapy and remedial education. Its usually over the weekend as that's when she has time :)
Sri - Oh, what does she do there?*wonders if the rest of the bacchas should join the classes, too*
She plays games which help her in gross motor skills as well as fine motor skills, learns a few things at her own pace, reads books and generally has fun - all in the name of learning a skill or two... Hmmm certain things, especially certain movements don't come easily to her, so she has to undergo therapy for it..
