Yeah, nasty jetlag :(, good thing there is only a mere 4 hours difference between Fin and Viet. And what's your schedule for the day? Do you have to work on Sat and Sun too?
Ini, the problem is that I sleep at 2 and wake at 5. And then feel sleepy all day. I don't have excess work, but my body hasn't yet adjusted back to IST. :(

Resting won't help. I'll have to realign my sleep timings with IST.
