@Fong - I have not eaten it but I saw it and skipped.. while my hubby and his manager both went to eat and found that the restaurant was closed.. it was that Snake that they keep in a bottle or something.. they also have some wine made from it.. Subodh does not drink but his manager does . and they wanted to try both.. I said thank you very much and avoided it...

Also another time, we were near Nha Trang when at a roadside eatery we were all having dinner when one of our friends ordered that fish eye soup -- IT WAS GROSS.. sorry but it really was gross.. I told her (my friend) to enjoy while I went out and stood out.. couldn't handle looking at it.. it was a huge eye inside that soup.. YIKES!!!!!

@Fong- NO.. they are apparently a delicacy and people take that wine back home but it is not allowed in most countries so you have to kind of smuggle it etc.. Its gross.. Looking at it gave me the shivers!!! Have you been down south to Nha Trang (sorry about the spelling mistake, its been a long time)... the place and food is awesome, caters to tourists, especially Europeans.. so its nice.. But while going there apparently there is this small town where that fish eye is famous.. Its GROSS!!!

And once I remember they had ordered frogs legs and were trying to get me to eat it telling me that it tastes like chicken.. I promptly said that if I want chicken i will order it but not these thank you... :P :P
