@Ini and Fong - thankfully that is one question that I was never asked by my family... All of us love to read, in fact I learnt to love books from my parents who always bought books.. So I guess I really had it easy :D :D

Sri - my mother loves to read, too. She's currently reading Animals Farm. But she always prioritizes my study first.

@Fong - luckily for me - my mom somehow made sure that I balanced both and therefore encouraged me to read as much as I could.. Of course when in school it was only classics and all other literary books.. but once I started college, i went in for regular fiction... :) :)
