Thanks for honoring us sou .. :-) ;-)
*says hello to everyone and enquires about Sri's health*@Sou - I'm thinking of buying a Tamron 90mm - what do you think?

@Sumit why 90 mm? portraits?
Sumit wrote: "*says hello to everyone and enquires about Sri's health*@Sou - I'm thinking of buying a Tamron 90mm - what do you think?"
Sri is better sumit.. from her last status update :)
Sourabh wrote: "@Sumit why 90 mm? portraits?"Yes - and macro.
However, a much cheaper idea has me thinking - the Tamron 70-300 (without image stabilization)
@Ishita maybe we are just trying to look cool and have no idea what we are talking about.. how would you know? XD
*says sorry to sou and gives a lens that captures ghosts * :PHulk - Hello O mighty Mod ! *demands update on stepathlon, wonders whether he actually remembers it*
Sourabh wrote: "@Ishita maybe we are just trying to look cool and have no idea what we are talking about.. how would you know? XD"Damn it! You've got a lot to learn, dude! If the girls think you're cool, you let that go on (instead of sowing the seed of doubt in their minds). ;)
Sou- I wouldn't even care !But it sure makes u look attractive even though u're a bit too sour for my taste XD
Sourabh wrote: "Focus on the work Iniya! :P"am gonna start sou.. :-) *places red tilak on sou's forehead* :-P :-P
@Sumit 90 mm on cropped sensors is equivalent to more than 100 mm.. so you won't be able to shoot portraits in cramped spaces like inside the house..
@Sumit and you also have the 50mm na?
@Ishita lol.. i am very disappointed.. :P :P
Sourabh wrote: "@Sumit and you also have the 50mm na?"Not anymore, I broke it a couple of years ago. :(
And yes, the 90 mm will primarily be for outdoor portraits and macros - I travel a lot, after all.
@HP whoa! that would be really interesting.. :P
@Sumit oh yes.. but i would suggest using 50 mm only.. as it is equivalent to around 70 mm.. which is perfect for portraits..
