Ishi, the bday was very nice. Got some books, clothes, some money and blessings from elders. My friends made a big card with some wish ^_^ and useless comments like 'Happy Independence Day.... think it was someone's bday too. I don't remember' -_-And my dad bought a new car :D
The irony is that we didn't get the car on my bday because they are close on Independence day and we got the car a day later that is yday :/ :P

I didn't buy, I got gifts, and they aren't good... some CB's which I am not going to read or John Green's which I have already read :/ :/
But I got To Sir, With Love and Roots: The Saga of an American Family from my parents. The only books I loved in the lot :P :P

Roots holds a special place in my book shelf.. I bought the telugu translation of the book only to realise that the actual book is 700+ pages where as the book I bought is only 60 pages :'( ROFC Ginny : Oho.. What car is it anyway?

I've been meaning to reread the book, Gehna. Just heard that my fav English teacher from school passed away a couple of days ago. She was the first person to have recommended the book to me.
