She doesn't need to know the truth about 'Santa' so early :-)
I know I know...It's really good with its crunchy graham cracker shell and smooth, creamy cream cheese and pumpkin filling filling. Just the right combination for a Xmas eve treat.
Very tempting right?

Grrrr... :P :P Alright, alright! I shall be generous this Christmas and just tell you to enjoy! If it were any other day, all bets were surely off! :P ;)
I do have a weakness for cheese so cheesecake is just evil treat. It's the best kind of desert out there. I was able to have an $80 cheesecake before. When I was 19 worked at a resort at the lake. I was the only daytime office staff, I took care of the money and behind the scenes. We had many high profile clients that we had to be hush hush about. The kitchen staff would make some really awesome food that we had all the time. I was treated with a slice of cheesecake. It was bliss, I've also had $20 cheesecake that was pretty darn good. So, it's all good. :D
