"Your lying to me." She said. She looked at him. "That's all I needed to know. I will be leaving now. I don't like liars." She looked down. "It's not nice to lie. You could of told me that your name was a secret. But to lie to someone in their face is mean." She said. "I thought you were different from the other princes last night but I wasn't. Have a good evening sir." She slowly walked away.

Alex thought for a moment again, "I am different." He took a deep breath, "I am Prince Alex and Nicholas is not real." He ran after her and grabbed her hand, "I am sorry that I lied to you. Will you forgive me?" He asked just as his mother and the king stepped out onto the balcony into the garden.
She looked at him. She smiled softly. "I can forgive." She said. She was blushing because of her hand in his. "Has anyone ever told you that you have really pretty blue eyes." She said looking at them. She didn't say anything else. She quickly looked down still blushing.

He sighed when she told him that she was able to forgive them, "No, not really." He did not say anything. Prince Alex took a deep breath, "Once the sun rises you will have to go." He informed her as he let go of her hand and turned around. He did not want her to get hurt, but he also did not want to let her leave.
She nodded. She frowned a bit when his hand left hers. She didn't say this. "Um before we say or do anything else. I want a honest answer. Do you think there is ever a chance for us to work out?" She asked. She looked behind him. "I just don't want to get to attached and be heart broken in the end."

Alex turned, "I can not tell. There are things you should not know about me." Looked up and saw his mother and her father talking. And then there are something that you will not understand."
She nodded her head. "Another question do you like me or want to get to know me better?" She asked. She didn't want to get hurt. "Well something's are left unsaid or told. If all this rumors are true and I'm not saying they are. You don't have to revolve your whole life around the curse. You can't just let a setback stop you from living."

He tilted his head to the side like a dog, "What are you saying?" He was confused on what she was saying. "If you think it is easy to live around the curse, it is hard!" He informed her. He did not say anything after that.
"Ok I never said it was easy I said you shouldn't let it hold you back from doing anything." She said. She looked down. "Bye I should be going." She out did her welcome here. "Nice to spend time with you." She whispered looking down curtesy and then left and waited in the carriage.

Alex ran after her again, "Why are you leaving?" He questioned her as he stood next to her. "I do not want you to leave." He looked the other way towards where the sun rises.
She looked at him. "You seem to make your whole base on her he curse. I know you can do things with your life. Why don't you try to do things. Your curse is a setback but it can't stop your from living."

"Look here missy, I try to live my life, but I have to hide it before I get killed." He informed her as he pointed his pointer finger at her. "You want to know how much I want to wake in the morning and not be a wolf?" He cried out loud so that everyone could hear him. ((Will you be the king please?))
To her she was getting snapped at. She didn't know the difference well because it never happened to her before. "I'm going to be leaving." She said as her dad was coming. "I wish you understand that I like you either way." She got in the carriage. "How did things work out?" The King asked.
"I don't think it will work out but I have more to choose from." She tried to hide the saddness and disappointment in her voice.

He turned and walked back towards the garden. He saw that his sisters were waiting. "Not now." He walked past them and towards the gazebo in the middle of the garden. He needed to think of what just happened.
The king nodded his head. He didn't say another word to her. When they arrive he got out of the carriage. She sat there for awhile the got out. She looked down as she walked to her chambers. She sat on her bed and took her dress off. She put on a night gown. As she laid down she let a stray tear come down. She was sad about the whole thing. She bit her lip trying to make sure she doesn't bawl.

Alex soon was leaning against the railing as he thought about what Princess Rosaline told him. He wanted the curse to go away, but how? He stood up and ran out of the garden and towards Rosaline's kingdom. He did not arrive at the kingdom until the night was near it's end.
She eventually let the tears come. She closed her eyes and cried herself to sleep. She wanted for things to work out,but knew he made sure his life revolves around the curse. She still liked him. He was the first decent Prince she meant at the ball. She tossed and turned that struggling to sleep but couldn't do that. She opened her eyes and went to her balcony sitting in a corner.

Alex ran through the town and all the way up to the castle. He found the garden. The prince had to act fast before he turned into his other form. He could feel the pain coming from deep within. Holding it back he saw a balcony and jumped onto the outside of the rail. He climbed over and was about to walk in when he heard someone crying.
She told herself that she we being stupid for crying over a guy. She felt stupid to. She was hoping they could be able to get to know him. She sighed a bit. She wiped the tears off of her eyes. She thought she heard a noise but didn't want to check it because she was crying.

Alex kept glancing at the horizon like it was going to go from night to day in just seconds, but right now it was still dark out, "Princess Rosalina?" He question as he moved closer to the body. "Please just talk to me before the sun rises."
She jumped as she heard the voice. She didn't know he was there. "How long have you been there?" She asked. She looked at him. "Just go away." She said trying to hold the tears in. She wiped them away but they kept coming. She sniffled a bit.

"I just got here." He sat down in front of her, "look, I am sorry for how I acted back there. " He took a deep breath, "I am not leaving until you really stop crying and smile." He informed her. Alex was going to take the chance and transform in front of the princess.
She didn't look up. "What I'm not crying." She said. "My eyes have something in them." She said. She looked up. "Fine I'm crying." She whispered. She looked at him and smiled. "There I smiled now you can go." She said and looked right back down.

Alex stayed put, "Are you going to sulk in that corner the rest of the night?" He questioned her as light peep over the horizon. He could feel the pain coming back. Within a second he became a white wolf. He layed there staring at her.
"Yes I will." She told him. Next time she looked up she saw a white wolf.She looked at the white wolf. She wiped the tears away some. She carefully moved towards it. "Alex?" She whispered. She started to pet his head.

Alex started to pant as he let Rosaline pet his head. He barked as he nodded to her question. All he had to do was keep his inner wolf for later when he would be in the woods.
She smiled some at him. She kept petting him. "Shh my parents will find out." She whispered softly. She looked at him some more. "Your are very pretty as a wolf." She said.

Alex nodded and placed his head on his paws as his stomach growled. He looked up at her as he begged her to get some meat. He had not eaten for almost a day.
"Your hungry aren't you. Your so cute when you beg for food." She said. "I'll go get you some." She whispered. She went downstairs and grabbed a few steaks and ran back upstairs. She went into her room. "Here some steak." She said and sat them down.

Alex got up and walked to to the steaks; he started to eat them fiercely. His knines tore through the meat. He knew that stake was delicious.
She smiled at him. She didn't say anything else to him. She looked at him for a few more moments. She yawned some. She didn't want to go to sleep. She tried and couldn't. She didn't want him to leave. She stopped crying and was smiling.

Alex finished the meat and yawned. He closed his eyes and fell asleep right in front of Rosaline. He was too tired from the recent events. His stomach moved up and down as he breathed slowly in and then out.
She smiled some again. She picked him up and sat him on her bed. She didn't then fell asleep using him as a pillow. She didn't move she was happy to made a new friend or even something more. She smiled at that thought.

Alex could feel himself be picked up and placed on a bed. Rosaline's head on gently on his fur. He continued to breath in and out slowly as he slept.
She smiled in her sleep. She didn't move much in fear of hurting him or waking him up. She pulled a blanket over her. She was fast asleep. He could leave and she wouldn't know.

He continued to sleep until his ear perked up as he heard foot steps down the hallway and towards the room. He got up and went to balcony to hide in the corner.
"Don't go puppy." She muttered in her sleep. She snuggled into the bed. She looked peaceful in her sleep. She stretch a bit still in the same spot though.

Alex waited quietly until there was a knock at the door.
"Go away." She whispered. "But your majesty the luncheon with the other Princes."

Alex was about to leave when heard heard the princess say that she already had one. He smiled on the inside, but then ran at the door. He started to scratch the door.
"Do you have a dog in their." Her nurse asked.She jolted up from her sleep. "Yes I do a gift from my Prince. His name is Alex the dog. The Prince is Nicholas." She smiled. "Come here Alex." She said patting on the bed.

Alex turned head and ran up to the bed. He barked again and then panted.
She smiled and pet him. "Now please tell my father that word came from Prince Nicholas that he an I can work out." She said. "Now go." She told the nurse before she could open the door.

Alex looked up at the princess; he licked her face as he placed his paws on her chest. He barked again.
She smiled and laughed some. She looked at the him. She couldn't stop laughing from the him licking her. "Was that an attempt to kiss me?" She joked.

Alex nodded slighed as he continued lick her. He almost laughed on the inside after the princess made the joke.
She smiled some more. She was happy now. She looked him. "Your so cute." She said. She couldn't help but blush at him. "Alex is there away to break the curse?" She whispered softly.

Alex pulled back and layed down as he put his head on his paws after crossing them. He actually did not know really. He said nothing as he stared off into a corner parallel to them.
She looked at him. "I did something wrong?" She asked. "I'm sorry um I hope you know I like you either way and I don't care and you probably don't want to marry anyone but if you were to I would hope it would be me." She said.

Alex closed his eyes, as he wondered whether or not he would be able to talk to Rosaline in his wolf form, but so far he could not. There is no way to break the curse. He thought to himself.
