Sorry I couldn't participate in conversations though i have reading the comments, been really busy. :/

I don't want to mod the facebook group. I'm more interested in modding for this group on GR.
I was kidding when I said I would be unavailable for long periods of time. I come online every day and am connected to the net on phone or laptop a majority of my usual day.
So vote for me as mod and I'll be an active mod. I won't be any good at censoring comments, apart from deleting offensive language.
I can also experiment with starting literary themed threads that everyone will have fun participating in, or something like that.
So vote for asad.

And as we are going through last moments just want to say that everyone should participate in it.

News alert : according to the recent reports by senior journalist 'Abdullah ' , the administration of elections is not working properly to control the immense crowd of people. And a senior group member known as Nigham is creating riot :P
While expected mod Akash sir has already shown his true colors by not receiving his voters with protocol. Voters are standing in long line under the scorching sun and Akash sir hasn't even arranged cool water for his supporters. Will he be able to fulfill his promises in future?????? Hello dear candidates, all the best with the voting. The current mods are doing a great job in making this group an amazing place for us bookworms and I hope that whoever gets selected will continue in their footsteps :-)I know that I am bit late with this, sorry about that, but one additional thing that I would like to see here are regular monthly group reads. I notice in the threads that this activity used to be implemented at one time and would like it if it could be resumed.
Especially, if we could read those books that are written by Pakistani authors then that would be great. I am saying this because after spending all my life reading books by western authors I have finally discovered that even Pakistani authors write wonderful books in one of my favourite genres: light-hearted and amusing Contemporary Romances and that too, in English Language! And since the authors who have written these books are actually the members of this group so it might be fun to interact with them and ask them questions about their writing process during the group reads.
Of course, I am not suggesting that we read books only in this genre and only by Pakistani authors but it would be nice to have monthly group reads in which we could vote on the genre and the book so that we could read and discuss it together.
Hope both the old and the new mods consider this suggestion, thanks ...and once again, best of luck to the candidates :-)
