This is awesome Lena and Lady! I am on my way out to run errands, but I will connect with you later today to chat a bit more. Thank you!
I write erotic romance and would love to be in a group like this. Any other romance writers interested?
That would be such a great idea! I would love to join the group! I'm currently working on a YA Fantasy that is looking forward to be critiqued by others!
This is such a great idea kriston. I'm a YA/NA fantasy writer. I've just finished writing a novel but will be starting the next one soon (in a few weeks). I would love to be involved in this :)
How would this work? Do we want to do a circle, where everyone critiques the next person in the circle? In the ones I've done in the past, it worked better if people didn't have a partner, but rather, always critiqued someone who was not critiquing them.
So, maybe we could each send our pages to two people, and so forth, so everyone got 2 critiques. BUT, if anyone didn't come through, they'd automatically be dropped from the circle.

I would like to read the same story each time I critique. I can get a better feel for the character and the plot as a whole if I can read the chapters in sequential order. If we did a circle, would we send our chapters to the same two people each time, or does it rotate? I have not done it that way, but if it works I'm willing to explore it.
i'm interested as well, I'm a little sketchy on my works per say, but the first chapter never disappoints ;)
For anyone who is ready to commit to this, send me a message. I would like to get a head count, then we can decide how we want to exchange pages.
Okay, I have posted here and sent direct messages to everyone that said they wanted to be involved. I have received responses from those interested. I guess I will close this and consider our group complete. For those who have sent me a message...I will contact you this weekend and we can discuss the details. I'm looking forward to working with you!
Hey KristonI have just seen this and am definitely interested in finding out what's involved...if I still have the chance to that is :)

I just saw your post today. Is it still too late to join already? I also haven't received a message by you I think...

I would be interested in trading reads. I write soft science fiction, coming of age. I am pretty open as to things I like to read. If it is still possible, I would like to join the group.

I would make a good fit for YA, middle grade, fantasy, and paranormal stories.
