Personally I would not like either tag and think, in the case of your particular topic, that a straight "To [name] with best wishes from [my name] is probably safer. Or 'Thank you,' and signature.

That's a tough one. You might be selling to caregivers, so you don't (yet) want to wish them a good death. Maybe "Warm wishes" is less generic....
