((I suppose the stage is here, even though this picture is Pre-Reconstruction...))
Alexander stepped down from the stage after his performance, his electric guitar going in its case promptly, after the cheers and claps. His scythe gleamed in the light, its red blade wicked. Alexander looked scarier than he was, however, and he sat down at his usual table without saying much after his song. After all, he tended to be quiet. He was one of the less insane members of the guild.

((I couldn't find the right picture))
Benhime walked into the bar, and looked around. Sure the members of Fairy Tail were insane, but they cared for each other, rather than Sabertooth. Sighing, she tapped her foot, trying to act cool when she saw one of the more quieter members of the guild, Alexander. From what she heard from the others, he was from the Easter Lions Mercenary Guild. He also seemed like an outsider, like her.
Benihime walked over to his table, and asked "Hey can I sit here?"

((Ah.))
"Sure," Alexander said, shrugging. He didn't really mind her presence. She was pretty short, he noted. Also, she seemed to be tense, uncomfortable, and strangely unhappy. He wondered what her issue was at the moment.

Benihime sat down and continued tapping her foot. "I saw, your performance, you were pretty good." she said finally after an awkward minute of silence. Benihime had to at least try to talk to other guild members, no one really talked to her.
"Thank you," Alexander replied, nodding with a smile. He wanted to seem appreciative, because he was, but she seemed like something was bothering her, so he felt a bit tense. She was tapping her foot, and she seemed... preoccupied with her thoughts.
Benihime loosened up a bit, then flipped her hair.
"Well..there is a lot of people who could do that. I'm sure I could." trying not be all flowery. She frowned, looking around, thinking of what she should do.
((Benihime is very Tsundere: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsundere ))

((Yeah, sorry. I know what Tsundere is.))
He waved at his case. "Then do so," he challenged, casually calling her bluff. If they were going to be buddy-buddy, she'd have to be honest with him, and give credit where it was due. Also, she needed to put her money where her mouth was, or he'd be a bit flippant, as well.

((Okay, be back in 15 mins, chores))
Benihime turned back at him, frowning, trying to cover a blush. "I wasn't trying to impress you or anything if that's what you thought". He seemed like someone she could get along with, but would he like her?

Alexander laughed. "Sure, sure," he said, already enjoying being around her. She was amusing him. He was a monosyllabic man, however, so he didn't speak much, if at all. He didn't say anything else but that. He was always just... nigh silent.
((I'm back))
For the first time in a long while, Benihime cracked a smile. She liked him, he seemed friendly and wasn't insane like everyone else. "So were you always a part of Fairy Tail?" she asked. There was few people she knew of in Fairy Tail that came from other guilds.

"No. A few years ago," Alexander replied, shaking his head. He'd been a part of the Eastern Lions, as she already knew. Of course, he didn't know that she knew.
"I joined a few months ago, I joined after I quit Sabertooth, 4 months before the Grand Magic Games." She hated Sabertooth, ever since. Maybe he wasn't from Easter Lions, rumors here never ended well...
"I was part of a Mercenary Guild, before this," he said, confirming the rumors. He didn't want to really talk about it, because he found the guild he had been in boring, compared to Fairy Tail.
Benihime raised an Eyebrow. So the rumors were true. "Really? What was it like?" She probably did, Sabertooth was abusive and trained you ruthlessly until you were powerful.
"It was dull. Training to become physically stronger every day, hiring yourself off to snooty old rich people, day after day, year after year," Alexander said, shrugging. It wasn't for him. He liked a little variety.
Benihime nodded.
"I know how you feel. I was always the one being tasked with the worst jobs ever, and always being treated like trash if I failed." Fairy tail had variety and treated her like family, so she was happy, even though she didn't look it.

((I just got home, sorry.))
"Ah. I just took the highest paying ones," Alexander said, shrugging. He didn't normally fail, since all he had to do was guard or fight. He got paid no matter what, unless his client died.

Benihime laughed. "Yeah, if you're going to do it, might as well get paid a lot of jewels." Alex had a nice sense of humor, and seemed cool. Maybe she should team up with him. . .
"My thoughts exactly," Alexander agreed, nodding. He didn't continue his statement, since he had gotten all he needed across.
Benihime tapped her fingers on the table, crimson colored energy sparking as the tips of her fingers hit the table.
"So have you made a team in Fairy Tail?" she asked
"So have you made a team in Fairy Tail?" she asked
"No," Alexander replied, shaking his head. He hadn't, nor had he planned to, either. He was sort of a lone... lion?
Benihime shrugged, putting her feet up on the table. She hadn't joined a team at her old guild either, she didn't get along well with anyone. Maybe this would be different, but probably not.
Alexander stayed silent, since she was no longer speaking to him. He wasn't a talkative person, so when there wasn't anyone speaking to him, he didn't make much noise at all.
Benihime had no other ideas of what to talk about so she stood up and smiled aat him. "It was nice to meet you Alex." she said before walking out of the bar
