Yes, that will work.

Yes, he is. That chair works.

Elizabeth (ebpnd17) | 817 comments Hi! How about Vision in White (Bride Quartet, #1) by Nora Roberts for the chair? If you look in the top right corner you can see the back of a chair, but I wasn't sure if it was enough. Thanks!

Ms.soule (mrssoule) Does this book work?

Laura Ashley Decorating With Fabric A Room-by-Room Guide to Home Decorating by Lorrie Mack

I know there's a picture of a chair on the cover, but not sure this type of book fits the SRC - lots of text but also lots of photographs and diagrams. I had to read it for my mom and I'm wondering if I can fit it into the challenge.

Yep, there's a chair there. That works.

Not having the book in front of me, I can't really tell what the proportion of pages to images is so you're going to have to make that determination. Keep in mind that this a reading challenge and, as such, there should be a substantial written component (like the text part should add up to at least 100 pages). The description of this book says there are photographs that display finished projects as well as fully illustrated step-by-step instructions. So, at 144 pages, this probably isn't going to work.

SamZ (samwisezbrown) Does this book work? There is a bench behind the girl on the cover. My concern is more about the "children's" qualifier. The book is listed as both "childrens" and "young adult." There aren't any illustrations, and I would consider it an older kids book. Definitely not for beginning readers. Just wondering if it qualifies under the new 5 or 10 point rules?

It works for a 5 point task.

No, sorry, I don't see any evidence of a chair, bench, couch, or porch swing on the cover.

A throne is a ceremonial chair so, yes, that works.

mstan | 868 comments Hi mods

I'm wondering if I can use Too Many Cooks/Champagne for One (Nero Wolfe Mysteries) by Rex Stout for this task (chair on cover)? It's an e-book omnibus containing two books and I hope to only put in one book for this task, with the second book going towards a 25-point task.

Yes, you can do that. Don't forget to include a link to the individual book you're using from the omnibus edition as well as the omnibus cover when you post.
