Its about a girl and the holocaust i believe, so it depends on what you think about the holocuast and unfairniss
its about a girl and the annexation of the baltic states by the soviet union, which occurred during the same time as the holocaust, but is not the holocaust (in the way we typically refer to it)
There's nothing explicitly sexual, if that's what you mean. But if I recall, there are times when it is implied. Excellent read.
