Maybe if you're not in the US you have it, But I live in the US and each year when there's updates since I've been in my mid to late 20's I've looked for Teen wolf on Netflix and I haven't seen it.
Most of my movies are DVD's especially since most of the DVD's I have are of TV shows that aren't on anymore. Like Dark Angel which premiered on Sci Fi in the early 2000's and Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel which was early 90's and on?
I'm not in the US so that's probably it. I've heard all those names but never seen that stuf...
Dark Angel only ran for 2 Years, Season 1 Premiering and Airing in 2000 and Season 2 Premiering and airing in 2001 only had 2 Seasons and it's over now. DVD's are all that's left and finding those are pretty rare. Buffy has 7 seasons. The Pilot aired March 10th 1997 and the Series Finale Chosen Aired May 20th 2003.

Not unless you want to buy them, And if you buy them it's more reliable buying them on DVD. At least in my Opinion. Since very few seasons are actually on Youtube.

Taking todays ratings, anything that has even a smidgeon of violence is PG-13. So Buffy though it's PG, Because it has light swearing and features gay/lesbian features in the later seasons the tv critics nowadays would rate it PG-13.

Yup. It'll be funny, My mom was surprised when she found out it was only PG, there's some violence but again not enough to up the rating to PG-13, so yeah.... And since the violence is against Vampires not other people, that might have something to do with it. And spoiler, the vampires don't sparkle in the sunlight, they turn to ash.
Sparkle in sunlight? Who said that they sparkle on sunlight? I've never heard that one...I've heard that vampires burn/turn to ash in sunlight.

Yeah, I meet people who are fans of Twilight and I mention Buffy the vampire slayer and they forget that Buffy has been around longer then Twilight and they go "Oh you mean the series with the dumb vampires that burn up in the sunlight?" And I say "Yes, the awesome show where the Vampires don't shimmer in the sun and the male lead actually has facial expressions and the female lead doesn't have a blank look on her face throughout the entirety of the episode." Buffy's better then Twilight. At least in my opinion.

When Mara was born, she was brought into the world silent and cold. She was a stillborn. When her mother was attacked, she took a knife to the stomach to protect her dad.
