Super Identity: Arrow (Green Arrow)
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Powers: Accelerated healing factor: Oliver's molecules move at accelerated rates, mending damage far quicker and more efficiently than normal humans. Without treatment, most damage heals in hours if not minutes with no lingering signs. After being shot in the back with two arrows, despite the initial pain, Oliver quickly recovered. His body can break down food more efficiently than a regular human to produce little waste and recovers from in seconds if not is immune to any illness or contaminant.
Superhuman durability: Oliver possesses inhuman resilience, most commonly seen from being unaffected by momentum build-up. He can take attacks and exertion, even survive impacts that would easily kill normal humans, although he is not invulnerable nor immune to pain.
Superhuman mental process: Oliver's system and thought processing are able to take in and retain information just as fast and efficiently. Even while using his raw speed, he can clearly think, react to events, and perform actions long before normal humans can perceive them. This lets Oliver perceive the world as if it is nearly frozen. He can see and hear normally, even while moving at speeds faster than sound, where this would normally be impossible.
Superhuman speed: Oliver can move at such vast speeds; he can run across vertical structures and ceilings, and reach distant locations in seconds.
Superhuman stamina: Oliver can handle the stresses of extreme racing without noticeable distress, letting him function much longer than normal humans unhindered. His enhanced stamina is due to his augmented physiology, which builds up little to no lactic acid or fatigue toxins.
Personality: TBRP'd
Appearance:

(Height): 6' 1"
(Hair Color): Dirty Blonde
(Eye Color): Blue
Abilities: High-level intellect/Great business acumen/Great political acumen/Master tactician/Leader: Oliver was very sharp-witted and methodical man, alert and adaptive to the situation. He was a quick learner, having gained great knowledge, if not mastery, in several fields; this implies that his academic troubles were because of lack of drive or effort. Oliver was highly tactical, both in preparation and while in action, he was able to quickly analyze the situation and how best to handle it. Even when operating solo, Oliver could effectively track down his targets and determine the best course of action in several missions.
Master of deception/Manipulator: Oliver can be very deceptive, effectively convincing all that he is not a vigilante for years through various, carefully-designed ruses, even fooling a polygraph test by keeping a steady heartbeat.. Oliver is skilled at psychological warfare, using his enemies' plans against them all while feigning defeat.
Medical knowledge: Oliver could patch up most injuries on himself or others; such as bullet wounds, knowing much on human anatomy. From Yao Fei Gulong, Oliver learned pressure point manipulation; he was able to paralyze an individual into a seemingly dead state and undo it.
Meditation: Oliver was skilled in meditation; he was able to guide others in regaining memories. Employing this skill himself, Oliver could resist advanced brainwashing techniques for an extended period of time.
Multilingual: Oliver was fluent in English, Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, Tibetan, and Arabic. Oliver spoke all these languages at a native level; he made a (temporarily) blinded Chinese Triad member believe that he was actually Chinese.
Indomitable will/High tolerance for pain/Master survivor: A driven and determined person, Oliver was known to keep fighting to the end. He was quite resistant to pain and drugging, allowing him to continue fighting or even survive near-death situations. After being trained by the League of Assassins, Oliver's tolerance for pain was almost inhuman, he was able to take an arrow through his arm while barely flinching. Even after falling down an elevator shaft, being impaled in his back and inhaling methane gas, Oliver remained conscious long enough (with a shot of adrenaline) to get himself and Felicity to safety. Oliver had also showcased powerful mental strength; after being injected with the Red Death, he was able to eventually overpower the psychological torture of the drug using the memory of his family and friends.
Intimidation: While becoming a vigilante, Oliver developed an intimidating presence, to the point where most criminals fear him and give up information willingly; Oliver was able to threaten many individuals on the List into righting their wrongs and refrain from further corruptness. Through his reputation, Oliver can manipulate his targets' actions. Even after his identity as Green Arrow was exposed to the public, Oliver was still feared by most of his enemies.
Master hand-to-hand combatant/Martial artist: Oliver was an extraordinary hand-to-hand combatant and martial artist, easily ranking among the best in the multiverse. His skills kept improving with training from multiple teachers and self-training, able compete with, if not outmatch, the most dangerous combatants one-on-one; such as Slade Wilson, Ra's al Ghul,
Oliver's combat style was extremely unpredictable, proven as flexible and precise in his maneuvers, easily changing tactics and attack patterns to suit the situation to systematically take down his foes. From Slade, he learned; Eskrima, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Karate, Silat, Boxing, Systema, Jujutsu and Judo. From Talia; he learned Taekwondo, Shurikenjutsu, Bōjutsu, Wing Chun, Sambo, Hapkido, Capoeira, Professional wrestling, Kickboxing, Kyusho Jutsu and Jeet Kune Do. From Ra's al Ghul; he learned Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Wushu, Aikido and Panantukan. He was also proven to be high proficiency in grappling and pressure points strikes. He could take on and best several foes simultaneously of advanced combat prowess;
Master archer: His signature skill, Oliver's mastery in archery during his vigilante career became known for never missing. He can precisely shoot targets from great distances with such tight grouping, nail several bouncing tennis balls into a wall without missing in quick succession, shoot objects off of individuals without harming them, and retain his accuracy while in rapid movement, even while drivng vehicles. Oliver could also anticipate an enemy projectile to block an arrow and fire several arrows simultaneously. Throughout his career as a vigilante archer, he became known for never missing. Oliver's proficiency with his bow was equally effective in close-combat; he was able to shift between melee fighting and shooting with ease.
Master knife-wielder/Knife thrower: Oliver was extremely deadly with knives, he was able to kill a man with a single stab. He was seen skillfully practicing Kali knife-fighting techniques with John Diggle, Oliver was lethally proficient with knives in long-range combat and could utilize his arrows as improvised knives to incapacitate his enemy; he threw an off-balance kitchen knife from 10 feet away to disarm an Agent of her dagger as she tried to stab John. Oliver was even transferable to flechettes, which he could throw with similarly-excellent precision;
Master marksman: Oliver had remarkably precise aim and skill with several different types of firearms. Oliver also became an adept sniper, he was able to accurately shoot his moving targets from over a mile away. Oliver had similar proficiency with regular firearms; as he had successively shot down a group of criminals in Corto Maltese.
Peak of human physical condition: Oliver was in exceptional physical form after five intense years of survival training, obtaining a well-muscled and conditioned physique which he maintains through intense and strenuous training. Oliver was strong enough to swiftly incapacitate, hurl through the air or even break the neck of much larger foes with ease. Oliver's durability left him unfazed by a pool stick broken across his chest and was able to endure blows from much stronger foes;
Acrobatics/Free-running: Oliver was very maneuverable and graceful, he was able to chase and outrun enemies through several terrains with no wasted effort or time, even scaling buildings and running from rooftop to rooftop with ease. In battle, Oliver was proven very agile and evasive, he was able to fluidly dodge attacks from multiple directions with coordinated flips, twists and sharp turns without losing balance.
Honed senses: Oliver was able to pick up danger before anyone else in his vicinity does, showing noticeably sharp hearing and sight. His acute skills of perception offer aid in otherwise detrimental situations. Oliver was likewise able to anticipate the attack patterns of the meta-human Barry Allen (who moved at Mach 1 at the time) to successfully strike him and catch the latter's own attack. Oliver's reflexes and agility could block or catch an incoming arrow (even from behind) and best several foes simultaneously, even striking before armed opponents could fire at him in point-blank range.
Stealth/Infiltration/Escape artist: Oliver was very elusive. He could sneak in and out of most guarded buildings silently and without being detected, follow his targets for long periods of time unnoticed and quickly disappear from sight even in broad daylight. Oliver was also skilled in using pyrotechnics to create several subtle explosions and smokescreens to mask his escape. Alternatively, he excels in sneaking into highly fortified areas, Oliver was also a master escape artist, he was able to free himself from several confinements; such as having been able to silently break his zip-cuffs while tied to a chair.

Name: Bryden Winchester-Barnes
Age: 17
Birthday: March 1
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Superhero parent: Bucky Barnes/ Winter Soldier
Powers: Healing, Speed, Stamina
Skills: Stealth
Prefered weapon: Necklace turned Twin Daggers (view spoiler)
Personality: A lot can be said of Bryden Barnes, but perhaps most important is that she's active and cheerful. Of course, she's also resourceful, witty and decisive, but those are often overshadowed by tendencies of being vindictive as well.
Her active nature though, this is what she's pretty much known for. People regularly count on this and her farsightedness in times of need.
Nobody's perfect of course and Bry has plenty of rainy days too. Her dishonesty and cruelty risk ruining pleasant moods and beyond what people are willing to deal with.
Fortunately, her cheerfulness is there to lift spirits when needed.
A whole lot can be said about Bry, but the fact she's thoughtless and disruptive is just the tip of the iceberg. Never mind the fact she's also envious, shallow and negativistic, but fortunately, they're balanced out slightly by being considerate as well.
But focus on her as this is what she's most disliked. Even the best intentions have been soured because of this and her imprudence, which is too bad for all sides.
Fair is fair though, Bry doesn't turn everything to dust. She's creative and appreciative to name a few, it's not like we're dealing with pure evil here.
Unfortunately, her disruptive nature is always there to ruin everything again.

(Height): Eddie 6'3" Venom 7'6"
(Hair Color): Dark Brown
(Eye Color): Hazel
History: Eddie Brock is an investigative reporter living in San Francisco, and dating lawyer Anne Weying. Eddie uses Anne's connections working for the law firm representing the Life Foundation to get an interview with the company's CEO, Carlton Drake. However, Eddie also takes information from Anne's confidential emails and directs questions to Drake about the Life Foundation's more unethical practices. The stunt gets both Eddie and Anne fired from their respective jobs, and the end of their relationship. Six months later, Eddie is approached by Dr. Dora Skirth from the Life Foundation who has become concerned about Drake's experiments with alien Symbiotes that he is bonding to the city's homeless. Skirth wants to expose Drake, and convinces Eddie to assist her by breaking into the Life Foundation and obtaining evidence of Drake's crimes. During the break in, Eddie finds a local homeless woman named Maria whom he knows as part of the experiments. As he tries to rescue her, the alien symbiote transfers itself from Maria to Eddie, killing the woman in the process. Eddie manages to escape the Life Foundation. Eddie soon begins experiencing strange symptoms relating to the Symbiote possession. Eddie eventually reaches out to Anne for help, and her new boyfriend, Dr. Dan Lewis examines him and discovers the Symbiote's aversion to sound. Meanwhile, Eddie has been targeted by Carlton Drake since he is now in possession of the sole remaining living Symbiote from the Life Foundation experiments. Mercenaries attempt to kidnap Eddie, causing the Symbiote to take over and transform him into a monstrous creature. Eddie's new abilities allow him to repel the attackers. Taking shelter at a lighthouse, Eddie learns that the Symbiote is sentient and named Venom. It persuades Eddie to form an alliance of sorts; while Eddie would have the power and abilities that Venom can provide, Venom will experience life through Eddie. Eddie agrees and begins to use his newfound abilities, breaking into his previous workplace to submit evidence about Drake's crimes. Once again, Eddie is attacked by mercenaries and manages to escape. However, Eddie's power is not without cost - the Symbiote is slowly rotting his internal organs. Eddie uses an MRI machine to separate from Venom, but is then kidnapped by Drake's men. Now powerless, Eddie learns that Drake has bonded with the Riot Symbiote and plans to launch a craft into space to bring more of the Symbiotes to Earth to assimilate the Human race. Anne Weying, having bonded with Venom, arrives to rescue Eddie just as he is about to be executed. Eddie reclaims the Venom symbiote and fights Drake and Riot, finally killing them in an exploding spacecraft. Venom seemingly sacrifices himself in order to save Eddie. Sometime after, Eddie and Venom - who survived - secretly work to protect the city while Eddie has returned to journalism and rebuilt his friendship with Anne. Eddie moved to New York, in order to keep Anne safe.
Family: Unknown
Equipment: His Symbiote Partner
Other:
Name: Venom
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male?
Powers: Symbiote Physiology: As a symbiote, Venom is able to bond with virtually any life-form, can emulate it's host and even amplify their physical attributes. The symbiote doesn't need to mate either, as it can reproduce asexually.
Superhuman Strength: To be added
Superhuman Durability: To be added
Superhuman Speed: To be added
Superhuman Stamina: To be added
Superhuman Agility: To be added
Superhuman Reflexes: To be added
Superhuman Senses: While possessing a host, Venom demonstrates having superb awareness of it's surrounding, notably to sense nearby threats before it's host could. This was seen when Venom attempted to warn Brock about mercenaries outside his apartment door or when it uses its tentacles to attack opponents that its host was not aware of.
Possession: Venom is proven to be able to transfer itself from host to host upon physical contact with them, passing into their flesh as if intangible and taking full control of their bodies. With conscious effort, Venom is able to amplify their physical attributes to superhuman levels, allowing them to overpower other normal humans relatively easily and heal from severe injuries such as broken bones and damaged tissue in seconds. While it is capable of seemingly suppressing a host's mind and use their bodies as if it were it's own, it is able to almost meld minds with them, reading it's host's thoughts, feelings, and memories, as well as communicate to them in the form of auditory and sometimes visual hallucinations, causing a host to hear the symbiote speaking in their minds or cause the host to see images of the symbiote's full-body, as Eddie saw his reflection as being that of Venom's. With their body and minds united in this manner, both the symbiote and it's host can work and think collectively while sharing the same body. The abilities that Venom can grant Brock is limited by their compatibility, as Symbiotes required compatible hosts to achieve a proper bond with them. Additionally, despite finding Brock to be an ideal match, Venom still has a degree of toxicity to Brock's body, as its hunger for organic matter leads it to subsist partially on his organs and cause Brock's metabolism to rise tremendously, resulting in his host developing a voracious appetite. In order to combat this, while manifesting its own body over Brock's, Venom is prone to eat other living creatures, having a particular craving for heads and brain tissue, in order to be less harmful towards its host's body.
Shapeshifting: Venom can generate portions of itself out of Brock's body to form various constructs, including tendrils and other appendages, shields capable of catching bullets, and a parachute. While bonded to a host, Venom's mass can be increased, allow it's biological constructs to be much larger than its basic form or its host, including the ability to form a full body over that of the host. Its the ability to manifest these constructs is fueled by how compatible it is with the host. The symbiote notably uses tendrils and tentacles for attacking enemies and even pushing a car out of Brock's path, while it can also be useful as a form of transportation, with the tendrils being used to grapple Brock though the air towards something. Following his altercation with Brock, Venom was able to drive off on the back of a motorist and formed his hand, giving Eddie the finger as he left.
Body Manifestation: Venom can fully emerge from Brock while remaining attached to him, enveloping it's host's body to form its own, complete with eyes, claws and extendable, fanged mouth with a long, prehensile tongue. It uses its razor-sharp teeth and powerful jaws to tear through flesh and bone, allowing it to eat off entire body parts from its victims. Venom's full-body emulates that of its human host, resulting in it having a humanoid appearance despite it's more monstrous traits. In this form, Venom's physical superhuman attributes are at there peak, amplifying his strength, durability, speed, agility, and reflexes even far beyond that of normal humans' capacity.
Accelerated Healing Factor: In addition to being able to repair its host's body from even the most severe damage, Venom itself is able to regenerate its own mass should it be damaged and destroyed, should there be any portion of itself still intact. This notably allowed it to ultimately survive an explosion despite having much of its body burned away and rendered any damage dealt with it and its host, Eddie, by Rio as merely superficial. This healing factor extends to its host as well as after a motorcycle crash, Venom healing factor is powerful enough to completely heal the horribly broken Eddie Brock within seconds. Venom is also strong enough to bring back the very recently deceased as well as Venom is able to heal and revive the recently killed Eddie during their final battle with Riot.
Wall-Crawling: Venom's base form is amorphous and fluid, giving it adhesive properties that allow it to stick to walls and ceilings. While bonded to a host, it can project its gelatinous mass in the form of appendages to allow its host to stick to surfaces as well, notable when it stuck Eddie to a wall using its tendrils to pull him against it.
Symbiote Absorption:
Personality: Venom is a sadistic, cannabalistic, almost borderline sociopathic enitity who's only concern is keeping itself and it's host alive. It does, however, change later on, as Venom comes to like both Eddie and Anne. He also attempts to get them back together when Anne is bonded to it and influences her to kiss Eddie. Later Venom is asking Eddie about the difference's between bad guys and good guys so he doesn't hurt any innocent people. Venom doesn't like being called a "parasite".

But what about the current, part of SHIELD and disappeared from the spotlight thing that Tony has got going?

Super Identity: None (Is a Black Widow from the Red Room)
Age: 23
Gender: Female
Powers: Nope
Personality: Having spent most of her life in the Red Room, Yelena is a cynical person with a very sarcastic, deadpan sense of humor, with a bit of a bent moral compass as she notably had no problem holding a civilian at gunpoint and stealing his car to get away from pursuers, much to Romanoff's chagrin. Despite this, Yelena does have a strong sense of right and wrong, having no problem with helping Natasha take down the Red Room and freeing the Widows from being held against their will. Having felt abandoned by her family, Yelena notably has a strained relationship with her adopted parents and older sister, telling them outright how betrayed they made her feel when none of them came back for her. Despite this, Yelena still cared and loved them, admitting to Melina Vostokoff that to her she will always be her mother, and telling Alexei that he meant everything to her as a child.

History: Yelena Belova was born in the Soviet Union in 1988–1989. When she was three years old, she was assigned by Dreykov to play the role as the younger daughter of Alexei Shostakov and Melina Vostokoff, with Natasha Romanoff playing her older sister. They then moved to the United States of America to Ohio on a deep undercover assignment, although due to her young age, Belova was unaware of the assignment and believed them to be her real family. Three years later, in 1995, while playing in the backyard with Romanoff, she scraped her knee and called for her mother. Vostokoff came and helped her up and the three went inside. After dinner, Shostakov came and delivered news that the family had to leave within the hour. As they drove away, S.H.I.E.L.D. attempted to arrest them with help from the local police, but Shostakov resisted them with a gun. Vostokoff, Romanoff, and Belova boarded a plane while Shostakov rode on the outside. The family flew to Cuba and with their mission over, the family was separated. As soldiers attempted to pull them apart, Belova clung to Romanoff while her older sister held the soldiers at gunpoint after taking one’s weapon. Shostakov then came and comforted them telling them that they were tough and that everything would be alright. The two were then sedated and brought to the Red Room. There, Belova was separated from Romanoff and trained to become a Black Widow, going on multiple assignments. In 2016, Belova was sent to Morocco on an assignment with a team of Widows to retrieve the substance known as Red Dust: a substance that could break the mind control that kept the widows all under Dreykov's orders and rule. The team managed to locate the target holding the cure: a former Widow named Oksana. Oksana managed to evade them but Belova caught up to her and, after a brutal fight, managed to fatally wound her — but not before Oskana managed to free Belova by spraying her with the dust. Freed, Belova was horrified at what she had done, but Oksana told her that it was too late for her and begs her to free the other Widows before succumbing to her wounds. Determined to keep her promise, Belova cut out the tracker in her leg and went dark. However, realizing this would only last so long, she came up with the idea to send the vials of Red Dust to Natasha Romanoff who was now an Avenger, figuring she would have the resources to keep the Red Dust safe. Belova went to Budapest, Hungary to Natasha Romanoff's old apartment and waited for her there. When Romanoff arrived, Belova confronted her at gunpoint, unsure if they could trust each other fully. When Belova refused to put her gun down, a confrontation ensued. After the two choked each other with a curtain, Romanoff called for a truce in Russian, marking an end to their fight. After that, Belova asked about the "bullet holes" on the wall, and Romanoff informed her that they came from arrows. Belova then told Romanoff about the Red Room still being active, and Romanoff reacted in a shocked manner, recalling that she had killed Dreykov. Belova asked her how she killed Dreykov and whether they found his body, but Romanoff replied that there was no body to find, since the bomb was too destructive. Soon, Black Widows surrounded the apartment, and Belova and Romanoff were forced to escape by way of the rooftops to the other side of the complex, where Belova said her motorbike was. Belova and Romanoff then pushed a pipe over the side of the building to escape. A Widow also jumped on as well, but lost her grip and fell into the alley below. Belova ended up crashing through a window while Romanoff landed in the alley next to the Widow, who commits suicide in front of Romanoff against her will. After recovering, Belova reconvenes with Romanoff. Romanoff asked her how many Widows were out there, and Belova replied enough and went to the motorcycle. Romanoff drove it while Belova jumped on behind her and the two tried to escape from the Widows. However, they soon crashed and were thrown off the motorcycle. In order to keep escaping, Belova hijacked a car, forcing a Hungarian man out by gunpoint, to Romanoff's displeasure, and jumped inside. As Romanoff drove them through the city, Belova asked what plan Romanoff had to evade the Widows, but Romanoff replies that her plan was just to drive them away. In order to get rid of a Widow pursuing them, Belova opened her car door, causing it to hit a pole and fly into the Widow, knocking her out. They were then attacked by Taskmaster, who shot explosive arrows at the car, causing it to topple over and land in a subway station. Belova and Romanoff had jumped out, with Belova injuring her arm. They go deeper into the station and successfully lure away Taskmaster by using Belova's blood to create a fake trail while they hid in a nearby vent. Once they were in the clear, Romanoff took Belova to a nearby gas station to get medical supplies for her arm. While there, Romanoff questions if Belova knew where the Red Room was now, but Belova informs her that she didn't, as Dreykov moved locations constantly and sedated every Widow on entry and exit for maximum security. Romanoff wonders aloud about how Dreykov could've stayed off her radar for so long, with Belova retorting that it would not be smart to attack an Avenger if you wanted to stay hidden. Belova then changes the subject, asking Romanoff where she thought she was after all these years. Romanoff replies that she thought Belova had somehow escaped the Red Room and was living a normal life. Belova wonders why Romanoff never tried to look for her if that was the case, where Romanoff admits that she thought Belova would not want to see her. Belova calls out her bluff, claiming that Romanoff just didn't want her little sister to tag along while she "saved the world with the cool kids", but Romanoff reveals to her that they are not actually sisters. When they were finished with dinner, Romanoff and Belova drove off in a car to meet Romanoff's friend in order to get help. While on the way, Belova was told by Romanoff that she liked her green vest. Belova and Romanoff arrived in Norway and Belova was promptly introduced to Rick Mason, Romanoff's old friend from S.H.I.E.L.D.. Mason supplied Romanoff and Belova with an aircraft, which they took to go and find their adopted father.
