Docxen | 159 comments Ever see a movie or read a book about someone who finds a book where it shouldn't be and it sets off an adventure? Well seems sometimes that happens in real life. I haven't been able to find a book to really sink my teeth into, just hopping from book to book grazing a few pages then putting it down, so i decided to work on my writing. I enjoy writing for fun so i went to the library intent on picking up a few books to help me write. In the non-fiction i picked up writing for dummies and a few other then in the same section came across it. Welcome to Borderland. This was no how to write book. It's a shared world book about elves. Well i picked it up and started reading today and the bibliophile love is back. Maybe it won't teach me how to write but it's teaching me to love reading again. And maybe give me a new direction to try writing. So why not run away with me to borderland and see what happens.

Matt | 150 comments Are you still writing, then, doc? I actually started writing a book recently as well. but I don't think it would be a good fit for the book club.

Docxen | 159 comments Wow wendy cold ...lol. Matt i've sent in about two submissions i like to write cause if i don't do something creative write, draw, etc occasionally i have problems sleeping. Art no matter how badly expressed has to be released sometimes. Will prob never get anything published but i do enjoy it.
