We are overhauling the Brain to Books Cyber Con!
If you are new to the B2BCyCon for 2017, welcome to the Think Tank! Feel free to browse the group at leisure.
If you are a returning for the 2017 season, so much has changed from 2015 and 2016 that we need to go over it with you. Things are easier than ever. Forget what you know.
How We Work
We have 4 positions. One person can be all four of these or none.
1 - Readers - Book lovers who attend for the books on 7, 8, & 9 April 2017! 2 - Featured Authors - Authors who have registered at Brain to Books and whose books will be showcased. 3 - Volunteers - The team of amazingly awesome people who have offered to help Angela build this thing. 4 - Event Hosts - People who have come to Brain to Books with their own services ideas to collaborate for the CyCon.
Readers are now welcome to join, come, and go as much and/or as little as they want starting right now to whenever. Engage with them, talk to them, sell your books, sell them on attending the CyCon. Keep them here. Don't let them go.
Featured Authors now must register here to be added to the roster. Registration allows us to track our numbers and author information through a single database. Registration opens 1 October 2016 and closes 17 March 2017.
Volunteers are the life blood of Brain to Books CyCon. A team of 60 volunteers is working behind the scenes to build the CyCon for you. At the heart of our volunteers, is the marketing department whose only goal is to market the CyCon and teach registered authors how to better market their books year round.
Event Hosts are coming in from independent companies looking to collaborate with Brain to Books for three days. Event hosts keep the CyCon growing larger every year.
Legal Side of things... We are being LLC'd. While the LLC is in the works, our legal department has designed a contract for Brain to Books, allowing us to open our doors on 1 October 2016! Authors can start registering on 1 October 2016!
What this means for you:
We have a team of volunteers you won't even see working! What you won't see are the 15 customer service reps now assigned to each and every registered author. You won't see the legal department, but you will see the 8,000 legal disclaimers I have all over the place now. You won't see the accounting department tracking our growth, or the tech department bending DOS into obedience while they get the two websites up and running on servers that won't crash. You won't see the Genre Managers organizing everything into place, or the blog tour hosts organizing the tours. You will see videos, advice, articles, and materials all teaching you how to better market your books. You won't see all the information being collected into a data base for 2017! (Here is my favorite part) But you will see us doing all the CON-struction (sorry...bad joke) being done for you so you focus only on marketing!
So what does all this mean for you? Come in, register here, join the think tank, learn how to market better. Attend the CyCon yourself as a reader and have fun! Now how is that for simple?

This back stage group is the Think Tank! This is where you whine, ask questions, brainstorm, comment how awesome this all is, or how miserable it all is. Be mindful...while we browse the conversations, we need you to report complaints to the Customer Service department.
