Loved the book and loved the movie. Have read the book once but watched the movie several times. I get all teary at the end. I just love Nicolas Sparks books. All of them are quick and easy reads,
I love The Notebook! The story is very enthralling. I live for the heartbreak and the reunion of such lovable characters. I even love how Mrs. Hamilton, Fin, and Lon's stories aren't so happily ever after. It truly makes the story more believable. I'm, also, a fan of the movie. It's one of my go-to films when I am in the mood for romance!

loved the book and the movie both...... but I am thankful I read the book first ..... extremely romantic...
Maybe this is the only Nicholas Sparks's book I tolerate. I watch the movie first and decided to read the book. Because I loved it, I tried other books, A Walk to Remember and Message in a Bottleand I was dissappointed. Well, maybe I just don't like a sad ending story, that's why I didn't like them. Since then, I didn't give any Sparks's books a try.
my favorite from all Sparks' books! yeah, i watched the movie first then i read the book. great story although Sparks has common genre and plot for his other stories :)
I just started this one. I recently found out there was a sequel. I want to read it when I am done. How is it?

Yes, the sequel is The Wedding. I read it and loved that book too. Though The Notebook is better, The Wedding is worth reading.
