I absolutely loved this book! Marr's writing is so fluid and this book gave me the same tense, on the edge of your seat, unease feeling I had with Dare Me, but better. I loved the main characters, especially the friendship and sorority between Eliza, Lexi and Marianne. Also, the way the author interwoven the myth of the Greek Fury's into the plot, as well as bringing themes like victim's blame, sexism and others into the book was so so well done and it was so important!
Eliza became one of my favorite YA characters ever, her dark humour, intelligence and no-nosense attitude, even though bitchy at times, won me over. Despite the fact that she's a spoiled, mean rich girl, she doesn't apologize for who she is or what she did and she doesn't look for pity or make herself the victim. This girl is brave and unafraid.
The ending left me wanting more though, I felt the need of an epilogue to follow what happened with the three girls. Still, I can see why Marr decided not to write it and it doesn't take away from the beauty that is this book.
5 furious stars! Eliza and her friends will stay with me for a while.
