SOLVED. Time travel :: man from c. 1900 ends up in current time after injury; woman cares for him. [s]

This book is about a man who is back in the 1900 I think and the women is in our time. She staying in a small cottage, but back in the 1900s the mans family lives on that land and the cottage is the maids house. The man is walking around his land he was in a war and got shot in the leg. When he passes put or something and travel into our time the women finds him and helps him into the cottage, he thinks it must be a new maid that's helping him into the cottage since the main house is a little bit of walk away. I read the pre view of the book about 3 years ago and it was a kindle book. Also if it help at the time I read the pre view of the book I was reading the Fountain of Love books I remover that the fountain of love books also this book had a kinda had the same book cover. But since the fountain of love book is written by different authors I can't figure if it's one of them and I can't find it

Is the heroine vacationing in a cottage owned by who? What's her job?

It's set in England, I think the cottage belongs to a grandmother or a aunt I think they diead and lefted it to get so she moved and I belive she is a author
