Liu Pg 23, Example 1.52 "x^2+x+1=0" shall be "x^2+x-1=0".
Pg 133, line 3 from bottom, "a" shall be "a_i$.
Pg 151, last line, remove "9".
Pg 152, proposition 4.47, "(n,k>" shall be "(n,k)". and other similar typos.
Pg 163, Example 4.89, "Example 4.65" shall be "Example 4.66"
