Issues with Neil Gaiman works

There are a couple issues with these:

First of all these stories are not connected other than they appear in collections together, so I don't think that they should be considered a series by GR (or any) standards.

Secondly, while some of the stories were released as standalone works (graphic adaptation, "e-book", chapbook) there are several in these lists that 1) have no publication information and 2) are using covers from the anthologies in which they originally appeared:

We Can Get Them For You Wholesale
Nicholas Was . . .
Reading The Entrails
Changes
Tastings

I suspect that someone wanted to rate the stories individually, so they created entries for them.

Those need to be merged into their respective anthologies.

Nicholas Was - Not sure if it should be merged into Drabble II: Double Century (as per cover) or Smoke & Mirrors (where it first appeared)

Reading the Entrails - Not sure if it should be merged into Smoke & Mirrors (where it first appeared) or The Fortune Teller (as per cover)

Changes - Not sure if it should be merged into Crossing the Border (as per cover) or Smoke & Mirrors (where it first appeared)

Tastings - Not sure if it should be merged into Smoke & Mirrors (where it first appeared) or Sirens and other Daemon Lovers (as per cover)

I'm inclined to merge them into respective anthologies as shown by covers but I'm not aware of official GR policy.
