Out for walks last two days, 4 miles today and yesterday.

Beautiful day here in Jersey

Most of the day in the garden, gardening, and also reading.
Popping in to watch London Marathon, Snooker and Tennis.

Late afternoon,
4 mile walk, and 20 minutes playing tennis, little at a time.

Was off Friday with sickness and diarrhoea on Friday morning, which left me weak.

Rested all day Friday and Saturday.

Back to work on Monday....

Better not get sick again...

I’m sorry to hear that you've been ill. Not good, especially at the weekend! I hope you feel better soon.

I’m a little further north in England, and it’s sunny here too! We had a lovely roast dinner, and I’m now supping hot chocolate while finding my way around the group discussions. I’m finding my feet as a new member and as a new author all at once!

We're going to watch the snooker too, and I may put on my favourite film later (Vanishing Point from 1971).

Well spent 7 weeks off,(only returned two weeks ago)

with DVT and PE, so not keen on taking too much time of now... no bonus at the end of the year, or even fired !
