Am I the only one here who thinks that cops who act like jackasses in public on camera need to be FIRED at the very least?!

It's now 10:18 am. Just waved my daughter off to college and then I'll be joining her later in town with eldest daughter and having a wonder around the shops. It's a gorgeous sunny day today, feels like a day to be out and about.

This morning, and for the first time this year, took my friends dog out, luckily it is dry and sunny. Went out for two hours fast walking.
Enough, as have struggled with fitness this year and tennis elbow.

Monday, and off work, holidays, for three days.
Always feels better than a work day !!
Watched Southpaw this morning.
Weather not great.
But always something to do at home.
Also played snooker, read book

Today went for a 4-5 mile walk, and tried to find as many hills as I could, spent 2 hours walking.
Fitness, I have to get back after 4-6 months with virus/pneumonia.
As you get older it so easy to become lazy and have to find the right balance to keep fit but also relax and chill out.
I feel tired after the walk, but also better for the work out and know it helps with the tennis.
But still chilled afterwards, then gardening.

Worked all day, came home and spent some time enjoying the sun in the garden, and watering the plants.
