ugh I have characters I wanna carry over from an old group that would work perfect here all I gotta do is tweak the brainstorming for them but I need a place to put it without me having 6000000000000+ tabs open at once.

You know we've all felt that pain at one point or another in our lives XD

I try not to use fcs that I actually know. It sort of changes how I view them as a character and if I can't make them from scratch it just kinda turns out wrong and I find myself disliking the character.... The perfect examples being Markus and Ashe over in Mirrorwood. They're based off an rpg quartet I watch on youtube and it just ended up so wrong...

Most of the time I use celebrities and stuff that have been in things that I've watched more than once ( like Dylan O'Brien or Tyler Posey or Rinko Kikuchi ), but I've always been able to sort of see them outside of roles they tend to be cast in. I mean, it's different for everyone and I've seen people that just recreate the character they acted as on a show down to the last letter.

Fiend. You're the one doing the most this time. I've only got like 14 characters in MW and 8(?) over here. And then you look at old MW and... *shiver* too many one dimensional characters...

I always like anime picture because I view all my rps in a very cartoonist style, so the whole real people thing bothers me. It also bothers me because I get annoyed at seeing the same faces over and over because people usually only use certifies so everyone is also super pretty and it;s just bluh :P

I know that I will have a lot in Mirrorwood, especially if/when the monster files get translated over and I bring back my older characters. Only one of them is isn't coming over and that's Metatron. Scelero filled the space he left, plus the one character I made so far.

Most of the rps I join like to have nice templates ( it's fun + gives you an excuse to stare at pretty people so why not? )
the only problem I have with fcs is that there are ton that are overused
but also that there's a very clear preference for non-people of color/stick thin people
or those who are strictly female/male

What do you mean by strictly male/famle? Like people use more characters with one of those genders or without?

Fiend if you want to since it's taking me forever and half to get to it you can go ahead and make your own monster files for the things you need files for like the Amazons and Berserkers. Other mods are allowed to make files if the need does be (i.e. Rocky making the Alzune or whatever).


I need to start making more ethnically diverse characters... When I was young I only made female characters and I've slowly been growing out my repertoire as I learn the manerisums attached to various situations (I spent a long time "studying" male characters as well as the males around me before I actually started to make male characters. And I think it turned out pretty well Leo considered.)

I should go for some not white every one and awhile though.

I need more colorful characters. And I should really start diversifying their quirks. I've been trying to come up with some need personality quirks and odder natures for characters.

Well my next race I'm going to make is going to be copper skined fairy creatures with a culture similar to that of native Americans so hopefully that will add to the diversity poll a bit.

what I mean though is like there's usually never any characters that identify as the oppose gender to their sex. so no girls that identify as guys and vice versa, or as neither.

night ; I might make the files then. I've got two midterms left and one of them is take home, so we'll see. plus I've got other characters to make that already have files up.

I can crate any character you like dark and edgy, light and peppy, gay, straight, male, female, trans, tomboy, tomgirl any really I just like to avoid creating a whole lot of evil characters

I think I might make a follower of Izar. But if I do that I wanna make a new race. They'll be something stereotypical sweet and tiny and if you blow on one it might break. And then mine is just gonna be a cut throat murderer who likes to kill everything. And I mean everything.
