How to remove a downloadable ebook file

I have an ebook file on Goodreads for this book and it has outdated endmatter in it. The book is also no longer free on Amazon or any retail sites and I would like to remove the last free copy, which is this one on Goodreads. How do I do that? I set it up years ago and have forgotten how. Thanks.

Actually, the way an author does it differs from how a Goodreads employee does it. So doing it was faster than finding the directions that would apply to you.
