The editions you linked to, a hardcover and a paperback, are among the many editions of this popular work already combined in the catalog.
Never seen this happen but how did I get 2 in my shelf? When I look at editions, I can assign 2 editions to shelves? other editions just "switch to" https://www.goodreads.com/review/list...
Oh, I see. Somehow two different editions of the book have been added to your bookshelf. And yes, you can add more than one edition of a book to your shelf (when the book has multiple editions). You can keep both editions on your shelf, of course, but if you want to keep only one, here's how to do that:
At the far right side of the screen you'll see an "X" by each book. Select the "X" to delete the book from your shelf. Be aware that this will remove any comments or reviews you've attached to that edition. Removing the book from your shelf only affects that shelf; it does not remove the book from the Goodreads catalog.
