Hey I got a question for all of you? Are any of you scared of anything superstitious? In another group I am in we are chatting about sleeping with lights on, closets doors being shut, having to have a sheet over us etc. And we also talked about movies that address those fears like the Babadook. I know I have a few fears of my own,just wanted to throw it out to all of you . No judging ,just sharing.

@connie umm... no i am not scared of superstitious things but yes after horror movies or discussion one feels scared for a certain time... (and i can not sleep in light)
Horror movies rarely creep me out. Except for When A Stranger Calls. Now that one was too scary!

What started all this talk was the clowns in the woods in the news , and people comparing them to the remake of IT and the new Rob Zombie film coming out "31" that has killer clowns in it. So people started talking about what they are scared of and their superstitions.
I despise Rob Zombie films. I do, however, love scary clown movies like IT and Clownhouse. I'm a bit superstitious. I'm afraid of the number 13. It's silly, but true.
My parents saw Rob Zombie and In This Moment and a bunch of other really good rock band a couple weeks ago. Random Blurb

It isn't silly. Phobias have a deep seated reason. I used to not be claustrophobic until I had to ride for 6 hours in a van with no air conditioning cramped up behind the driver with 12 other people plus walkers,crutches,etc. from where I live to Tampa,Florida so my son could see an orthopedic surgeon.I now have claustrophobia. I earned a fear of heights falling off the edge of a cliff in Corona Del Mar in California . And I am afraid of deep water after being held under water for a joke by a friend . So phobias have a root somewhere in our past.

We went camping this summer twice. Had a blast. Sometimes we go in the fall, too.
Our camper has a t.v. and the internet. We leave our two cats at home.
