I need to write a book to get the drama straight and organized. Real life is too messy and out of control. I want to decide which characters flourish and which die in the novel. I think maybe I should dive into one end of a book like the shallow part of a swimming pool and come out of the deep end with a soggy book to throw in the trash if the pages are water-logged.
    Life ends. Books don't unless they're thrown in the pool so I guess i shouldn't do that.
