Smouldering Fire, ISBN 978-0030013119, has the wrong cover. The right one's on Amazon:

Since that cover image was added in 2012 with no notation as to source, Goodreads policy is to retain that cover. I created an alternate-cover edition for the Amazon-source cover, here.
