Addisen | 4577 comments Tristan's eyes widened, and he began pacing. "No, no, no, no, no!" He mumbled to himself. "Um, can we talk? It might take a while..." He trailed off, looking back to her.

message 52: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi's eyes widened at his response. What was going on!? Did he know something about what just happened? Lexi frowned slightly, but she nodded. "Yeah, I guess so..." she lead him to an abandoned classroom that hadn't been used in ages, and locked the door after them. Then she looked up at him, confused. "Ok. Shoot."

message 53: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "Okay, so first things first. What are your religious beliefs?" He asked. "I know, I know, it's a weird question, but please answer," he said, and sat down on the teachers desk the the front of the room.

message 54: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi sat down slowly on the desk in front of him and she looked at him in slight surprise. "Well, I guess you could call me Christian. Or I grew up as one anyways. Don't really know what I am now." she explained.

message 55: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "Okay, that makes things a bit easier. Well, you know how in the bible, they say something about the great fall of angels. You know, when lucifer and others that supported him fell, creating Satan, aka Lucifer, and based on severity, fallen angels or demons," Tristan said, taking a deep breath. "I know you're gonna think I'm insane, but what if I said they were real?" He asked, looking at her.

message 56: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi listened to him, and then she frowned. "Real." she leaned her chin on her fist. "Real... as in real real?" She shook her head slowly, as if contemplating that. "Ok. Yeah right." She huffed slowly. Those things couldn't be real. They were just stories!

message 57: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments Tristan continued on. "Demons have control over the basic elements. Such as wind, water, earth and.... Fire," he said finally. "Angels have more... Supernatural-esk powers, as you would say. Like light, darkness, and lots of mental powers," he said, trying to let her figure out the fire thing on her own.

message 58: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi frowned a little in confusion, and then her eyes widened. "So you're saying I'm a... a..." she shook her head, "Uh uh. No way. I am not a demon! Why should I even believe that they're real? Why should I believe you?" He was just some senior she had met that day. Who was he that he knew what he was talking about anyways?

message 59: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments Tristan sighed. "Would it help if I showed you?" He asked, beginning to take off his shirt so it won't get ripped. "Turn around," he said to Lexi.

message 60: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) "Yes it would, if it was even real, but... what are you doing?" She trailed off as he started to take off his shirt, and then she tensed when he asked her to turn around. What was he up to? She decided to play along with him this once though, and so she very slowly, and very hesitantly turned around like he asked.

Addisen | 4577 comments ((Going to bed... Night! Ttyt! :) ))

message 62: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments Tristan unfurled his wings, stretching them out. At full length, they were each 7 feet across, the tips of each feather tinged lavender. The way the iridescent wings caught the light made them look like little blades, when they were actually fluffy.

message 63: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) ((Aw. ok. G'night :) ))

message 64: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "Okay, you can turn around now," he said.

message 65: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi slowly turned around and her eyes fell on the wings. Her mouth immediately fell open and she stumbled a couple steps backwards. "Holy crap!" Her eyes wandered over the wings, her mind not really taking everything in as she was in slight shock. "Where'd those come from!?" She frowned a little. "Ok. Don't tell me. You're an angel." she was panting, her heart speeding up from fear. But now that she really looked, the wings were actually quite beautiful. And yet they looked deadly at the same time...

message 66: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "Yeah," he said quietly, letting her take everything in.

message 67: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi's hand flew to her forehead. "Oh my gosh." She shook her head, her eyes wide. "So that means... that means I'm a.... I'm a... demon?" Her eyes grew really wide and she gasped. "No! No I'm not evil! I'm not!" She shook her head, backing up from him. "You're and angel, and I'm a demon... so that means... you're here to...." She gasped. "You're here to kill me!" She squeaked, backing up, trying to run out of the classroom.

message 68: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments Tristan turned and tucked in his wings, not able to move much with them outstretched. "I honestly don't want to, I swear. I'm trying to find a way around it," he said to her, completely honest.

((U want there to be a romance?))

message 69: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) ((sure! :) ))

Lexi hit the back wall of the classroom and she cowered against it, trembling. This day was just turning out way too weird. He said he didn't want to, but he was an angel. He must want to! "P-Please don't hurt m-me." She stammered, her eyes wide with fear.

message 70: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments It hurt him to see her shake in he he corner of the room. He tucked his wings behind him and walked slowly to her. "I won't, I promise. I don't want to. I really like you, Lexi. A lot," he said, blushing a little. "I don't want to do anything to you, I swear," he said, holding his hands up.

message 71: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi looked over him, contemplating his response. What had he meant by liking her? Did he mean like? Or like like? She slowly relaxed and nodded a little. "Ok. I believe you." She said softly.

message 72: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments Tristan exhaled, relieved. "Good," he said. "CNN we just sit down and talk about this? Just talking. Everything out on the table," he said, slowly outting his arms back down.

message 73: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi thought about that for a while. Then she nodded slowly. "Yeah, I guess we can." She agreed. She walked over and pulled out a chair, sitting down on it slowly.

message 74: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments Tristan sat in the desk next to her, his wings vanishing. He knew thst if he sat down, he wouldn't be able to fit. "So, as I'm sure you know, the first demons were angels that fell. After that, they began to serve as minions to Satan. They did have feelings, as they still do, so they could also think for themselves. Angels have been at constant war with demons for as long as I can remember. And I've been around for quite a long time. Anyway, demons often rebelled, choosing to live their own lives, but as humans. I guessing thst is what your parents did, but your demon powers have resurfaced. Since they were technically demons to begin with, they would give birth to a demon. Which is where you come in. The archangels have foretold a prophecy about a demon who would bring the end of the earth. Practically the Armageddon. Well, it never said when, and you pretty much fit the criteria," he said, afraid he was going through this all too fast.

message 75: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi sat calm, listening to him the whole time, until the last bit. "I'm supposed to cause the end of the world!?" She practically shouted. "What!? You tell me I'm a demon, and then you try to tell me that I'm going to bring the end of the world!?" She slumped into her chair, raking her hands through her hair. "I would never do that! What are you trying to do? Freak me out? This better be some crazy trick. Because if it's not, I'm going to hyperventilate."

message 76: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "It's not a trick, you've seen my wings. If it's any consolation, another prophecy has been seen lately that shows a different outcome. No Armageddon. You are seen happy, and living your life. So what you do matters. Nothing has been seen that would explain what changes there are between the two, so we don't know what to do to avoid the end of the world," he said. "I'm being very blunt with you, here. I said all out on the table, right?" He added.

message 77: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi laughed nervously. "Right. So I either end the world, or get my happy ending. Now I just have to watch everything I do and make sure it doesn't cause the Armageddon. No pressure or anything..." She sighed and looked up at him. "Yes. Thank you for telling me everything... and sorry for saying this but... What the heck am I going to do!?" Her heart started to speed up. "I could cause the freaking end of the world!"

message 78: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments Tristan smiled, and responded. "Well, I was sent here to... Balance the odds, if you will. But I don't really feel like doing that..." He said, shrugging his shoulders. "I guess right now all you can you is make sure your powers don't come through."

message 79: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi nodded and sighed. "I'll try." Her life seemed very lonely and scary now. She had no friends, her only friend was an angel sent to kill her, and she was supposed to watch her every move lest all hell be set on the world. She sighed and ran her hands through her hair, "Maybe you should just kill me." She whispered.

message 80: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments ((I'm so sorry! I had les mis play practice!))

Tristan stared at her, stunned. "Why would you say something like that?! That's not going to make anything any better! It's not only going to hurt all of your loved ones, but--" he broke off, realizing where he was going with thst statement. "Me, too," he muttered, blushing.

message 81: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) ((no problem. Really cool though! What role are you doing?))

Lexi's head snapped up then and she stared at him in confusion. "What?" she asked softly. Could it be that he actually... cared about her? No one had ever cared for her before... no one had ever even noticed her before. "You... you...?" She stammered.

message 82: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments ((Cosette! :) my voice HURTS!! :( why does she have to sing so DAMN high?!? XD))

Tristan looked away, running a hand though his hair. "Yeah..." He said, trying to not make eye contact. He knew that they had literally just met, but he couldn't help it.

message 83: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) ((holy crap. Wow. I can not sing anywhere near that high. So I salute you lol. Must be tough! great role to have though))

Lexi blushed beet red. A cute guy that she liked, actually liked her back for once! Her heart started to pound and she looked down. "I-I don't know what to say..." She admitted honestly. "But I... I might..." she bit her lip. She shouldn't be telling him this... "...like you too." she finished, slurring the words together.

message 84: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "Good, because I've been kinda waiting to do this," he mumbled, hopping up from his chair and over to hers in one quick stride and hugged her. "You always looked so lonely," he whispered. "I felt horrible," he added.

(( (////-\\\\\) uh thanks! :) ))

message 85: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) ((lol np))

Lexi tensed at first, then she smiled and relaxed against him, melting into his arms. She rested her head on his chest and breathed deeply, loving the sense of security his hug gave her. "It's really that obvious?" she asked, laughing softly. "Don't feel bad. I don't mind too much." she shrugged. She did mind, but not anymore, now she had him.

message 86: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "You can't just not mind," Tristan said, pulling away relunctantly. He honestly wanted to keeping hugging her, kiss her maybe. Who knows? He stood up and brought a chair closer, flipping it around so the back was in front. He sat on the chair backwards and crossed his arms over the backrest. "No human, angel, or demon can stand being alone. It's just not right," he said looking at her.

message 87: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi nodded and sighed, plopping down into a nearby chair. "Ok. So maybe I do mind. I just tell myself that I want to be alone to make me feel better." she admitting, looking down at her hands. "Pathetic. I know. But that's just me." She shrugged halfheartedly. He probably thought she was a socially awkward wimp. Not that any of that wasn't true...

message 88: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "That does make sense, but you're not completely alone, remember?" He said, smiling sweetly. "You're kinda stuck with me now," he added to clarify.

message 89: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi looked up at him, tipping her head and raising one eyebrow. "Stuck with you?" she asked, trying to clarify. Sure she liked him, but why was she stuck with him? That didn't make any sense, unless he knew something she didn't...

message 90: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "It's kind of complicated... Bt since I was ordered to kill, me I cannot do that I figured I could just do recon instead. I'm not going to report anything, but it's just going to be used for future use. I'm only going this because there are severe repercussions if we don't," he said, shivering when he remembered the punishment from the last time he broke the rules.

message 91: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) "So you follow me around and watch what I do instead of killing me?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. Then she nodded slowly, smiling. "Eh, its not that bad of a situation. As long as you don't plan to follow me into washrooms or anything seriously creepy like that." she grinned.

message 92: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "Oh, God no!" He said, laughing. "And I won't be like, staring at you or anything, that's just weird!" He said, his laughter turning into chuckles.

message 93: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi sighed audibly. "Well, that's a relief." She grinned at him then. "So how does this work? Are you only going to watch me during school hours? Or do you plan on following me around 24/7?" She raised an eyebrow. She didn't even know how that would work.

message 94: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "I don't really know... Your parent probably kill me if they ever saw me, so I think I'm only able to during school hours," he responded.

message 95: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) Lexi had to admit that she was slightly disappointed. She looked down, her face no doubt downcast. "Oh. You can't turn invisible or anything like that?" She asked hopefully. Then she blushed slightly and shook her head. I'm taking this way too far. "Do you have somewhere to stay?" She asked, not sure how angels lived exactly.

message 96: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments "No, no I can't," he replied chuckling. "Not exactly..." He answered her second question.

message 97: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments ((I'm going to bed! Night!))

message 98: by Lara (new)

Lara (gurlwhowrites) ((night :) ))

Lexi bit her lip and nodded. Then she frowned. "You don't have anywhere to stay?" she asked, already knowing the answer. Then she thought of something. "Do you need a place to stay?" What were angels habits anyways? Did they sleep outdoors?

message 99: by Addisen (new)

Addisen | 4577 comments Tristan turned back to look at her. "I can't stay with you. That would... That would..." He stammered, blushing again.

message 100: by Addisen (new)
